RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Upon receiving your order, R Furniture will send you an automatic Order Confirmation via email. You must, of course, fill out the "YOUR ACCOUNT" form to purchase anything online. R Furniture will not divulge this information in any form, to anyone. If you indicate (by clicking a button on the account form) that you would like to receive future mailings, then we will add you to our mailing list. Again, we will not divulge, sell, rent, or give away this list. Your privacy is our concern.

You do not need to log in to browse the site and see our product, however you do need to fill out the form completely if you are going to buy something!

RETURN POLICY

How do I return an item?

For our items, you may return the item(s) in good condition, within 14 days of delivery, for replacement product or another item. We will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the product. Be sure to return your items via an insured carrier. R Furniture is not responsible for lost returns. There is a 20% restocking fee. Please notify us via email at admin@rfurniture.com or call 818-592-0815.

For Custom Orders, all sales are final. The purchase is nonreturnable.

I returned an item. When will I receive my credit?

SHIPPING METHODS

Standard Shipping: This is the "default" shipper. When possible, our default shipping is UPS. For oversize orders, we use blanket wrap divisions from various shipping companies and other forms of delivery. Shipping rates are based on shipments to commercial addresses. We reserve the right to cancel an order because of shipping rates not being feasible. We will review any problems with shipping rates before charging customer for shipping.
